All custom metal planters are manufactured from marine grade 5054 aluminum, typically with 1/8" walls, reinforced as necessary with rims and ribs that keep the shape intact. The powder coating helps to protect from the elements, and silicone 'feet' raise the planters slightly to provide drainage access for water.
