Shipping Policy

Shipping Terms

  • All products are shipped FOB Greenville’s warehouse in Mississauga, Ontario.

  • Shipping rates are included in quotes when requested by the customer.

  • We offer customer pick-up and can arrange shipping based on customer instructions.

  • Shipping charges are itemized on the invoice and passed on to the customer.

  • Once shipping is arranged, we provide an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) and tracking details when available.

Delivery Services & Additional Charges

  • We use third-party transportation carriers, which operate under their own terms and conditions.

  • Standard shipping is typically dock-to-dock for commercial locations to maintain cost efficiency.

  • Additional services such as tailgate delivery, residential delivery, white glove service, inside delivery, debris removal, and construction site delivery may be available for an extra charge.

  • Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery details at the time of order to avoid unexpected fees.

  • If additional services are requested at the time of delivery, the customer is responsible for any extra charges, which may be higher than if arranged in advance.

Packaging & Receipt of Goods

  • Most shipments are wrapped and strapped on a pallet for protection and ease of handling.

  • The receiving party is responsible for signing for the shipment and handling packaging material disposal.

  • Carriers will not accept or remove packaging materials unless prior arrangements have been made.

Missing or Damaged Items

  • Customers must inspect their order at the time of delivery.

  • Any missing or damaged items must be reported on the same day in writing to info@greenvilledesigns.com.

  • If a damaged shipment is accepted, damage details must be noted on the Bill of Lading signed by the receiver and provided to the transport driver.
